Yes. You can make a profile, Swipe, send likes and get Intros for free ✨ Premium takes away the daily limits and opens all photos and filters. You can also buy extra Intros, chats or Boosts.

You must be 18 or older to use Habii 🔒 We check this to keep everyone safe. Under 18? You're welcome back on your 18th birthday.

Khataba is our matchmaking service 🌙 Like a khataba would, we look for the right person for you instead of leaving you to search. You'll find it under Intros.

We check every new profile before it goes live 🔍 It usually takes a few hours. Until then, likes and chats may be limited. Everything opens when your profile is approved.

If you can still log in: Settings → Email → add your new address and confirm it 📧

If you can't log in, contact us from an email you use, and tell us about the account.

We close accounts that break the rules 🔒 That means harassment, fake profiles, ads, or asking members for money. Think it's a mistake? contact us and we'll look again.

Your Habii account stays 🔑 You just need a password:

1. On the login page, tap Forgot password?
2. Type the email on your Habii account
3. Open the link and pick a new password

Open Habii, go to Settings ⚙️ and scroll down to Log out. Logging out doesn't delete your account.

No, not after sign up ⚠️ We keep it fixed so matching stays safe and correct. Picked the wrong one? contact us. We'll delete the account so you can start again.

Use at least 6 characters, with letters and numbers.

The new address replaces the old one 📧

Someone signed up with this address, or changed the email on an account 📧 Was it you? Just tap the link. Wasn't you? contact us right away.

Your profile, messages and matches are gone within 48 hours, for good 🗑️

Have a subscription? Cancel it first — deleting doesn't stop the payments.

Everything is deleted within 48 hours ⏳

• You can't get a deleted profile back • To return, you sign up as a new member • Deleting the app is not the same as deleting your account

Go to Edit profile and update your city 🏠

Go to Edit profile ✍️ There you can change your photos, your text, your details and what you're looking for. The fuller your profile, the better your Intros.

Go to Edit profile ✍️ and change the name field. We check name changes before they go live.

Go to Edit profile ✍️ and write a few lines about you and what you want. Be specific. "I want a family and I love hiking" works better than "looking for the right one".

An earlier change is probably still being checked 🔍 Wait until it's approved, then try again. Nothing waiting? Log out and back in. Still stuck? contact us.

We check every profile change against our rules before it goes live 🔍 It usually takes a few hours. The rest of your profile stays visible.

We say no to changes that contain 🚫

• Nudity or sexual content • Insults or hate speech • Phone numbers, emails or social media • Asking for money or gifts

Edit and try again, or contact us if you think we got it wrong.

We remove photos that show 🚫

• Anyone under 18 • A face that's blurry or hidden • Someone who isn't you • Nudity or sexual content • Hate or violence • Phone numbers, emails or social media

• The file is under 2 MB • It's a JPEG, PNG, GIF or BMP • Habii can reach your photos in your phone settings

A drawing we put on your profile when you haven't added a photo 🧑‍🎨 It keeps your profile from looking empty. You can't design it yourself yet. You'll need a real photo to use all of Habii.

Yes 🔒 Go to Settings ⚙️ → Show my photos to… and pick:

• Everyone • Liked — only people you liked

You can change this any time.

It works both ways ⚖️ Show your face, and you can see other people's photos too. Members who show a photo also get more replies.

Go to Preferences and pick one 📍

• Global — profiles from anywhere • Country — up to 10 countries • Distance — a radius around you

Don't forget to tap Save.

So we can show you people who are close to you 📍 and so you show up for people searching near you. You can say no — then we use your city instead.

Go to Settings ⚙️ and allow location 📍 You'll then see people based on where you are right now.

• iPhone: Settings → Habii → Location → Always • Android: Settings → Apps → Habii → Permissions → Location • Browser: tap the padlock next to the address and set Location to Allow

• We lost the connection to your location • You logged in from a new phone or browser • You turned location off

Updating it keeps your matches right.

Yes 📍 We'll use the city on your profile instead. One thing to know: if you travel, people where you are won't see you.

Intros are how we match you 🌙 Tap Introduce me. We find someone who fits what you want, and you start chatting. You see each other's photos when you both say yes.

2. Tap Introduce me
3. We'll send you a notification when we find someone
4. Tap Accept to start chatting, or Dismiss 🌙

You can keep using Habii while you wait.

We only introduce you to someone who fits what you asked for — and who is free right now ⏳ Long wait? Open your preferences and widen the age, distance or countries.

An Intro ends when 🌙

• One of you left the chat • Nobody accepted in time • One of you said no to matching

Nothing is lost. Tap Introduce me to start again.

That's the whole idea 🌙 You get to know each other through words first. The profile opens when you've both tapped Let's match.

You get a set number each day, and the counter shows how many are left 🌙 Premium gives you free Intros every day. You can also buy extra ones.

Instant Chat lets you write to someone without waiting for a match 💬 Free members get a few each day. Premium gives you more, and you can buy extra ones.

A like tells them you're interested ❤️ If they like you back, it's a match and you can chat. See who liked you under Likes. Free members have a daily limit.

• Chats — all your conversations • Likes — who you liked and viewed, and who liked and viewed you

No — messages arrive right away and can't be taken back 💬 You can see if it was delivered in Chats. If a chat goes wrong, you can block or report the person.

A chat disappears when 🗑️

• The other person deleted their profile • Their account was closed • One of you blocked the other

We can't bring those chats back.

No 💍 Habii is a marriage app, so Intros and chats are between men and women.

No — we never share anyone's contact details 🔒 That protects you too. Get to know each other in the chat, and share your own number when you feel ready.

Messages arrive right away, so the delay is on their side ⏳ Different time zones, busy days, or someone taking their time. Turn on notifications, and keep more than one chat going.

You can sort profiles by Recently online to find people who are active now 🔍 We don't show an exact time — that's part of protecting everyone's privacy.

Misyar is a form of marriage known in parts of the Muslim world, where the couple agree on a more flexible way of living 💍 Some members mention it on their profile. Habii doesn't advise for or against it.

Premium takes away the limits ⭐

A Boost puts your profile in front of others for a set time ✨ You show up before other members, so more people see you. Premium includes free Boosts every month.

No, Habii doesn't have a trial ⭐ You can use the free features as long as you like, and upgrade when you're ready.

One month at a time ⭐ It renews every month until you cancel.

There are no 3- or 6-month plans. You'll see the price in the app before you pay.

Yes, every month, so your access doesn't stop 💳 Cancel any time before the renewal date. You keep Premium until the month you paid for is over.

Habii only works when both sides are active 💕 That's why women get the main features without paying. The rules and the safety checks are the same for everyone.

Deleting the app does not cancel anything.

Yes ⚠️ Deleting your account does not stop the payments. Cancel first where you paid — Apple, Google Play, or Settings ⚙️ → Membership — then delete.

The price follows the country on your App Store or Google Play account 🌍 Paying on the web? Your bank sets the exchange rate. To change it, update the country in your store account.

VAT 🌍 It's a local tax, and it changes from country to country. In some places it's already in the price you see.

Right away ⏱️ As soon as your payment goes through, Premium is on. Nothing changed? Log out and back in. Still nothing? contact us.

Yes 🔒 Every payment follows the PCI DSS security standard, and is encrypted. Habii never keeps your full card number.

The rules, the prices and the safety checks are the same for everyone ⚖️ We sometimes run offers for one group to keep the community balanced, but the way payments work never changes.

Yes, if you sign up through the store 🎁

1. Buy an App Store or Google Play gift card
2. Add it to your store account
3. Get Premium in Habii and pay with that balance

Try these 💳

• Check your card number, expiry date and balance • Check the address on your Apple or Google account • Switch between wifi and mobile data • Close the app and try again • Try another card • Ask your bank — some payments get blocked

Payments follow the Apple or Google account you paid from 🔑 If that account belongs to an older profile, Premium lands there.

Log in to that profile and you'll find it. Remember: one person, one profile.

Try Restore purchases first 🔄 Settings ⚙️ → Membership → Restore purchases. That didn't work? Send us your receipt and we'll turn it on by hand.

No — a subscription stays on the account it was bought on 🔑 In special cases we can take a look. Send us your receipt and tell us what happened.

Keeping the app updated fixes most problems on its own.

If a member requests money on Mahbubi, please report them right away:

3. Select Report.
4. Mention that the member is asking for money.
